At Rofhub and MyFame, we are dedicated to ensuring a safe and positive experience for users under 18, referred to as “youth” or “young people”. It begins with age eligibility: users must be at least 13 years old to create an account, with additional local age restrictions in some regions.
In the United States, we will offer a separate MyFame experience for users under 13, featuring enhanced safety measures like limited interactive features and content suitability assessments. A dedicated Rofhub and MyFame Aged under 13 Privacy Policy is also in place. Accounts created with birthdates indicating users are under 13 will automatically be directed to this experience in the future.
If we discover an account holder is under the minimum age, we will ban the account. If you believe your account was incorrectly banned, you can appeal. Anyone can report accounts they suspect are underage to info@myfame.com.
We do not permit content that could harm young people psychologically, physically, or developmentally. Severe violations, such as committing a sexual offense against a young person, result in a ban and reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement when there are specific, credible threats.
Measures for a Safe Experience
To ensure a developmentally appropriate and safe environment for young users, we:
- Set Minimum Age Requirements: Access to certain features, such as being 16 or older to have content eligible for permissible content.
- Restrictive Privacy Settings: Default privacy settings to protect young users.
- Content Levels: Restricting content unsuitable for users under 18 and providing content filtering options.

Restricted Content for Younger Audiences
Certain content is only available to adults (18+). Here’s a quick guide:
- Disordered Eating and Body Image: Content promoting harmful weight management behaviors.
- Dangerous Activities and Challenges: Activities causing or likely to cause physical harm.
- Nudity and Body Exposure: Semi-nudity and explicit content.
- Sexually Suggestive Content: Intimate behaviors and sex products.
- Shocking and Graphic Content: Blood, extreme fighting, and distressing footage.
- Gambling: Glamorous depictions of gambling activities.
- Alcohol, Tobacco, and Drugs: Discussion or promotion of regulated substances.
